Why Timing Matters

At SwimGear Co, every item is made to order — which means our production team gets started on your gear fast. Like a swimmer off the blocks, we don't waste time. Because of this, our window for cancellations and modifications is short but real. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of placing it. Our production process begins within 2-3 business days of your order being placed, and once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

Order Modifications

Need to change the size, color, or design of your order? The same urgency applies. Modifications can only be accommodated before production begins. Once your item enters production (within the 2-3 business days window), we cannot make changes to the order. Please double-check your size selection and shipping address carefully at checkout to avoid any issues.

After Production Has Begun

Once your order is in production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — we will always make it right if the mistake is ours.
