Shipping & Handling for Your SwimGear Co Order
How Your Order Gets Made
Every t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, mug, and tote bag in the SwimGear Co shop is made to order — which means your gear is freshly produced just for you, not sitting in a dusty warehouse. After you place your order, our production team gets to work. Production time is 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and is ready to ship, it will be handed off to our shipping carrier. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door after leaving our facility. In total, you can expect your order within approximately 5–8 business days from the date of purchase under normal conditions.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your swim gear from our facility all the way to your doorstep. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding our reach just like a swimmer going for that extra 50.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to meet every estimated window, factors outside our control — including carrier delays, severe weather, or high-volume holiday periods — can occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed. For time-sensitive orders such as gifts or swim meet gear, we recommend ordering at least 10–14 days in advance during peak seasons.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and around your property, then contact your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at [email protected] and we'll help investigate and find a solution.
